Could you please tell me how to view my data base, i think i have the data base user name and password but i dont know the link to the db.

If you want to view your actual database and not the store control panel, you need to access it via the tools supplied by your webhost (most offer PhpMyAdmin). You would obviously need to contact your host to find out this information.
