    I'm trying to integrate with RBS worldpay. I'm getting this error when I'm transferred to RBS -

    Secure Payment Page
    Sorry, there was an error in processing this transaction:
    The information sent from the merchant's site is invalid or incomplete. Please send the following information to the merchant:
    The transaction cannot be processed due to one or more of the following:

    the installation ID field is blank or contains invalid characters
    a different submission protocol is required. For instance, a more secure submission may be required
    the installation number is invalid

    I followed the guide you produced and double checked the installation ID numbers at both RBS and ss-admin all OK. I'm running in test mode.

    Can anyone help ?

    Oh heck, it was that simple. I'm really sorry to have troubled you. I'm amazed I didn't realise that was the issue - I've done so many Storesprite sites now, it should have been obvious to me.

    Do you have caching on? If so, turn it off, visit the store front then turn caching back on. Hth

    I've just purchased and installed an Advanced Copyright Removal key for whiteghyll.net but the copyright messages and advertising are still there. What might I have done wrong?

    I didn't get any error message or anything when I installed the key.

    ahh,,, i didnt change it to live. it works now. just have to wait for my customised design to catch up on the live site.

    We are trying to integrate worldpay as nochex are messing us about. Just recently Worldpay have changed the URL you go to to make your payment but storesprite still sends you to the old url, is there an updated file for this?
